Weekly Prices:

Villa San Crispolto has numerous options and can accommodate up to 25 guests. The villa is available for rent as a whole or as individual apartment rentals arranged in suites. See the apartment descriptions below.

San Crispolto rental weeks go from Saturday to Saturday.

EARLY BOOKING OFFER

On the weeks of 2011. All the weeks of the year 2011 are offered with the following discount: if you rent now you will have the possibility to rent for season 2011 at the same price as the 2010 season. THE ESTABILISHED PRICES REGARD ONLY THE RENTAL OF THE VILLA FOR 16 PERSONS AND THE WEDDING ORGANIZATION FEE.

The above prices include:
Water, gas, electricity, bed linens and towels, including pool towels, mobile telephone rental, laundry service. Cooking services are available on request.

The above prices do not include:
Villa San Crispolto offers Internet via a fast ADSL line for its guest ( 24/7) that can be rented on a weekly basis only for the all-inclusive price of € 20.

A security deposit for damages caused by the guests at the villa of Euros 500 payable upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded upon departure.

A final cleaning fee of €200

Central heating is available and local meter charges apply.

Air Condtioning is available and local meter charges apply.

What’s nearby: The town of Passignano sul Lago is less than a five minute drive with restaurants and shops as is the superstrada SS75 that runs from Perugia to Siena.

Air Conditioning: Air conditioning in all the apartments.

Fans: Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

BBQ: A wood or charcoal BBQ is available for use.

Car needed: It is necessary to have a car at this property.

Closest Airport: Perugia 0.5 hour, Florence 1 hour, Pisa 1.5 hours, Rome 2.5 hours

Driving Distances: Passignano sul Lago 5 minutes. Superstrada Passignano Est exit 5 minutes. Perugia 20 minutes. Cortona 30 minutes. Montepulciano 45 minutes. Assisi or Siena 50 minutes. Florence or Orvieto 1 hour 20 minutes. Rome 2.5 hours.

English spoken: The owner speaks English and Spanish.

Heat: Heating during winter months is payable locally, and firewood for the fireplace(s) is included in the price.

Interiors: Newly restored to a high standard with tile floors and wood beam ceilings.

Kitchen: A gourmet kitchen, fit for a Michelin chef, lacks nothing at all. Very well equipped, it has two ovens and two stove tops each with four burners, plus a large fridge and separate freezer.

Maid: on request.

Meals: A cook, payable locally, may be arranged if requested at the time of booking.

Parking: Parking is free at the property.

Personal mobility: While there are bedrooms on the ground floor, the kitchen and dining room are on the first floor up one flight of steps. There are either 12 steps up or a uphill path to reach the swimming pool.

Phone: Villa San Crispolto can arrange for portable cellular phone upon request.

Pluses: Great for location for day trips to both Tuscany and Umbria. Remarkable restoration. Very well equipped kitchen. Satellite TV. CD Player in all the apartments, by the pool and in the garden. Window screens. Four nicely restored fireplaces, two of which are in bedrooms

Some extras are included in the price: firewood, one pool towel per client. Nicely furnished and landscaped grounds. 360-degree view.

Pool: Private pool. Pool opens in March and closes in November. One pool towel per client is provided.

Road Condition: After exiting the Superstrada there is a short drive on a narrow paved road uphill.

Screens: Property has screened windows.

TV: Satellite Reception - Italian, some European channels, and often with Sky News (British) or CNN International.

Views: 360 degree view that encompasses Lake Trasimeno and its three islands, the surrounding countryside and the town of Passignano sul Lago.

Washer/Dryer: This property is equipped with two washing machines and one dryer.
